About me
Hello there! I understand navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (OCD, Autism, ADHD, sensory issues, etc.), trauma, anger, or life transitions (divorce, grief/ loss, aging, etc.) can be difficult. If you are struggling to manage overwhelming emotions and/or behaviors, adjust to changes, or feel stuck, I am here to listen and support you. If your goal is to feel more in control of your emotions, thoughts and behaviors, build coping strategies, or just feel better, call or email and I will be glad to get you on my schedule. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
I have training/experience in CBT, DBT, client-centered, motivational Interviewing, emotion-focused, interpersonal, solution-focused, Brainspotting, Play/Art Therapy & many other therapeutic modalities. I focus on a person-centered approach to help you explore your thoughts, emotions & behaviors. We create a treatment plan to address your individual needs.
Starting therapy can be a big step, and it’s normal to feel unsure and nervous. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, truly heard/seen, and safe. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just a willingness to begin. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you take that next step forward and I'll be with you every step of the way!
