I help you find hope and healing in mind, body, spirit, and relationships.
We most often come to therapy because something is wrong. I help you find what is right. Building on your strengths and experiences, I help you find your way to feeling whole and healthy. I work with individuals, couples, and families from an integrative perspective. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with additional training in integrative mental health, first responder counseling, health coaching, and spiritual direction. I am also an AAMFT approved supervisor.
