About me
I am an experienced psychologist with over thirty years experience helping clients in their most challenging and difficult times.
Working with a diverse client population, I offer individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy from my Scarsdale office and via telehealth. Additionally, I offer home visits as needed. My work with clients is based on the respect and appreciation of their lifestyles, values, needs, and desires.
Therapy is a personal process fostering self awareness and honesty with oneself, and this brings about changes in the way clients view both themselves and the world around them. Focal points of therapy include relationships, career and job issues, and family relationships.
Therapy sessions provide a confidential, safe atmosphere for the collaborative examination and resolution of emotional conflicts and crises, and the support and empowerment to make life-altering changes. Ultimately clients achieve a greater and more deeply experienced sense of satisfaction with their lives,
