About me

I'm a neurodiversity-affirming therapist dedicated to helping women navigate late-diagnosed ADHD, heal from complex trauma, and regulate their nervous systems.

Hello and welcome! I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona practicing under the board-approved clinical supervision of Pallavi Lal, LPC. With a background in educational psychology and health science, I bring a deeply scientific, somatic, and compassionate lens to therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals understand the science of their own nervous systems, helping them move from a state of chronic survival and overwhelm into a life of ease, self-compassion, and empowerment.

My practice is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and tailored to the unique intersection of women’s mental health, trauma, and nervous system regulation. I specialize in supporting women navigating late-diagnosed ADHD, complex trauma, chronic stress, and executive functioning challenges.

Rather than relying on traditional talk therapy alone, I integrate evidence-based, somatic, and experiential modalities to facilitate deeper healing. In our sessions, we may utilize:

~ EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): To help process and integrate unresolved trauma and distressing life experiences.
~ Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed Parts Work: To explore, understand, and harmonize the different parts of your inner world.
~ Somatic Approaches: To help you connect with your body, release stored tension, and regulate your nervous system in real-time.

In our work together, you will find a collaborative, non-judgmental space where your lived experience is honored and your neurodivergence is celebrated. We will work not just with your thoughts, but with your brain and body, translating neuroscience into practical, everyday tools. Whether you are navigating a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, healing from past trauma, or trying to recover from chronic burnout, we will work at a pace that feels safe and supportive for your unique nervous system.
