About me

I help couples in conflict & individuals struggling with relationship challenges (dating, family, self-esteem) break free from destructive cycles & rebuild secure, lasting love.

Do you feel stuck in the same painful cycle—arguing, shutting down, or clinging tighter, only to end up more disconnected? You may lie awake replaying conversations, wondering if you’re “too much” or “not enough,” or fearing a relationship won’t last. Even when you care deeply, old wounds & attachment injuries can quietly erode closeness. What you long for is safety, trust & the feeling of being understood, accepted & loved.

I help couples in conflict & individuals navigating relationship challenges—including dating, family, & self-esteem—break free from destructive attachment cycles & rebuild secure, lasting love. My Attachment Cycle Reset for Lasting Love (tm) model integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, & the wisdom of pioneers such as Dr. Sue Johnson, John Bradshaw, & Virginia Satir.

In our work together, we’ll identify your unique Cycle of Fear—the repeating pattern of unmet needs, old wounds, & defenses that keeps you stuck. From there, we’ll explore childhood attachment injuries, release old emotions, & reconnect with your true self. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tools for communication, boundaries, & expressing what you truly want & need in relationships. We’ll create space for forgiveness, living with intention, & making it safe to trust again—so you can step into secure attachment & lasting love.

In addition to an MA in Counseling Psychology and advanced training in EFT, I bring 20 years of experience as a life coach, speaker, & group facilitator. Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people in overcoming obstacles, healing emotional wounds, & building stronger relationships. My work is further informed by my doctoral studies in Integrative Health, giving me a holistic perspective that blends research-based therapy with practical, real-world tools.
