About me

I help couples in conflict & individuals struggling with relationship challenges (dating, family, self-esteem) break free from destructive cycles & rebuild secure, lasting love.

Do you feel stuck in the same painful cycle—arguing, shutting down, or clinging tighter, only to end up more disconnected? You may lie awake replaying conversations, wondering if you’re “too much” or “not enough,” or fearing a relationship won’t last. Even when you care deeply, old wounds & attachment injuries can quietly erode closeness. What you long for is safety, trust & the feeling of being understood, accepted & loved.

I help couples in conflict & individuals struggling with relationship challenges (dating, family, self-esteem) break-free from destructive attachment cycles & rebuild secure, lasting love. My Attachment Cycle Reset for Lasting Love model integrates Attachment Science, Polyvagal, Inner Child Work & the wisdom of pioneers such as John Bradshaw & Virginia Satir.

Together, we’ll explore childhood wounds & heal attachment injuries. You’ll learn to heal anxiety, reduce conflict & become the nurturing parent to yourself you always needed—so you can love securely, freely & without regret. I invite you to schedule a free consultation if this approach feels right for you.

In addition to a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2004, I am currently completing a Doctorate in Integrative Health. I hold advanced training in attachment science, polyvagal and somatic theories, and inner child healing. I bring 20 years of experience as a life coach, speaker, & group facilitator. Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people in overcoming obstacles, healing emotional wounds, & building stronger relationships. My work is further informed by my doctoral studies in Integrative Health, giving me a holistic perspective that blends research-based therapy with practical, real-world tools.
