About me
I am a Resident in Counseling and a Nationally Certified Counselor specializing in helping adolescents and adults experiencing relationship issues, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, and substance use issues/addiction concerns.
Working in private practice gives me the opportunity to help dozens of clients with varying needs commit to living their lives authentically. My aim is to walk with you through your pain, and then help you find the path to living the life you desire. Whether you are struggling with issues related to relationships, substance use/addiction, your gender identity, depression, anxiety or something else, I will hold space for you in a judgment free zone, and help you heal. You will always find a safe space with me, whether we meet in person (Mondays only) or via telehealth. I am also known for using curse words and encouraging laughter or tears - authentic emotion - during sessions.
I am currently accepting in person appointments on Mondays only in Ashburn, VA.
The decision to use insurance benefits for your therapy is yours to make. I do not accept/cannot bill insurance, which can help you maintain your privacy. Alternately, you may request a Superbill from me to submit to your insurance for reimbursement (directly to you).
Let me help you find a better way to live authentically.
