Therapy is customized to suit each client’s unique individual needs. I integrate several different therapeutic approaches and interventions including CBT, Narrative, EFT, Solutions Focused, Strategic, The Genogram, Gestalt, and PsychoEducation.

I can offer you a safe, non-judgmental space to share your feelings and help you work through any past pain and lift the fog so you can have clarity and make the best decisions for your life. I have 10 years of experience advocating for and teaching social skills to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
