I’ll help you explore and identify your strengths and how to implement them to reduce the influence of the problems you are facing so that you can feel more at peace and ultimately create a happier life for yourself. I am experienced in working with individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds and am passionate about creating a safe space to assist you in working through your obstacles and setbacks. My approach to therapy is holistic, humanistic, and interpersonal.
