About me
I help highly sensitive, high-functioning adults heal from complex trauma, relational trauma, addiction/recovery challenges, and cultural identity wounds so they can feel more grounded, confident, and secure in themselves.
Many of my clients are highly sensitive, high-functioning adults who appear capable, successful, and composed on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of self-blame, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or unhealthy relationships. You may feel deeply, notice everything, absorb others’ emotions, or feel like you are “too much,” while still being the person others rely on to hold everything together.
I specialize in complex trauma, relational trauma, emotional neglect, substance use and recovery, dysfunctional family dynamics, narcissistic abuse recovery, and cultural identity issues. I especially enjoy working with clients who are insightful and self-aware, but still feel emotionally stuck, triggered, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to feel safe in their body and relationships.
My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and deeply trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, attachment-based therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing to support both insight and nervous system-level healing. In our work together, we may focus on emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, shame, relationship patterns, trauma responses, identity, and reconnecting with the parts of you that have had to survive for a long time.
Therapy with me offers a space where you do not have to minimize your pain, explain away your reactions, or pretend you are okay. Together, we’ll help you slow down, feel supported, build emotional stability, and move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and secure in your relationships and within yourself.
