Hello and Welcome! I understand the struggle to make sense of and respond to relational conflict and harm. Being raised in religious and socially rigid structures that make it easier to "go along" rather than rock the boat. Perhaps, you are in, or recovering from a toxic/narcissistic relationship, at work or at home, that left you confused about your own wants, needs and desires. Early family or religious models may be feeling too tight and you want to uncover what is yours and let go of the rest. There is so much of yourself to discover as you live your one life!

I am passionate about this work precisely because I have been on this path both personally and professionally and I am ready to come along side as you find your unique path. Change requires feeling and thinking in new ways. Our bodies hold a great deal of wisdom. Bodies hold our pain as well. I work from a somatic/systems approach with an eye towards attachment and other approaches that become important as we discover what is needed.
