About me
I'm a therapist with a decade of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I work with clients navigating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, attachment concerns, and co-occurring challenges. My practice also includes specialized focus on self-worth, communication, isolation, life purpose, and forgiveness.
I'm skilled in addressing complex issues including family dynamics, codependency, abandonment patterns, and the impact of past trauma and abuse. I also support clients working through addiction, self-harm, and behavioral patterns that may feel out of control.
My approach is person-centered and grounded in meeting you where you are. I recognize that each person's journey is unique, and I'm committed to creating a respectful, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build meaningful change. Whether your concerns are rooted in faith, values, or secular perspectives, I honor the full context of who you are.
I believe therapy works best when there's genuine collaboration and trust. I'm here to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and walk alongside you as you work toward greater peace, connection, and authenticity in your life. Taking this step takes courage, and I'm honored to support you.
