I like to help people cultivate wholeness in self and in relationships. Often our pain is grounded in loneliness or disconnection. We can begin by exploring how you relate, your emotional life, your spirituality, and your past experiences, then bringing them all together in a coherent and embodied way. Your life does not have to stay fragmented or traumatized, and I would love to help you make sense of your life and move forward in health and wholeness.

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, childhood trauma, and sexual issues. I also have worked with those in helping professions who are facing burnout.

I received my MA Counseling and MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary, and pursued further training to address relational and emotional trauma using Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). I'm trained in the PrepareEnrich Premarital Assessment. My training and approach to how people change are shaped by my Christian faith, and we can incorporate that aspect as you desire.

I'm licensed in SC and MO, and can see telehealth clients in both states.

Insurance Information: I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a monthly superbill so you can be reimbursed by your insurance company. I accept HSA and FSA cards.
I work from an integrative perspective. I draw on attachment theory, interpersonal biology, psychodynamic understanding of human process, and modern trauma research to understand where you've come from and where you can go.
