About me
I am a bilingual clinical sexologist and licensed psychotherapist specializing in forensic mental health, sexual wellness, and trauma-informed care across diverse populations.
As a bilingual clinical sexologist and licensed psychotherapist, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and forensic clients navigate the complexities of sexuality, trauma, identity, and emotional wellness. My approach is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and deep respect for the uniqueness of each person’s story.
I bring over 15 years of experience working across diverse clinical settings—including hospitals, correctional facilities, VA clinics, and private practice. Whether you're struggling with intimacy, recovering from trauma, managing mood disorders, or addressing sexually problematic behavior, I offer a nonjudgmental space where healing, insight, and growth are possible.
I’m trained in a variety of modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused couples work. I also specialize in conducting psychosexual evaluations, risk assessments, and providing expert consultation in forensic mental health contexts. My practice affirms all sexual and gender identities and welcomes those navigating complex relational dynamics or life transitions.
My mission is to help you reconnect with your values, build meaningful relationships, and reclaim a sense of vitality in your life.
