About me
For almost 15 years years I have met my clients exactly where they were, and utilized ACT, CBT, and EMDR to help them release the patterns that were holding them back.
For me, therapy is about connection - to what you value most, where you want to go, and to yourself. In the therapy session, I give special attention to the present moment so you can connect with your mind and body and learn to hear the signals that we so often overlook. Through this mindful connection to direct experience, answers and solutions to problems often become clear. Then we can apply positive life skills to step into our power and effect the changes we'd like to see.
