I am a mental health counselor dedicated to helping the helpers (first responders, pastors/ ministry leaders, people pleasers), the traumatized, and those coping with depression, anxiety, or just confusion about where to go next. I specialize in burnout recovery and prevention, trauma recovery, and integrating faith and mental health.

Are you a pastor or ministry leader who genuinely loves what you do, but find yourself thinking of quitting? A life devoted to ministry and caring for others can be extremely rewarding, but can often lead to burnout, anxiety, depression, or even addiction. Caring for others can also expose you to trauma, either by direct experience or by hearing stories you wish you could forget. As a Christian counselor, my passion is to work with pastors, ministry leaders, and missionaries as they navigate these struggles and work to faithfully live out their calling in a complicated world.
While living overseas, I saw firsthand how difficult ministry is, but also how rewarding and worthwhile it can be. If you are a ministry leader who is struggling with anxiety or depression, a missionary adjusting to life back “home”, or a pastor who is just burnt out and doesn't feel like he has anything left to give; we can work through it together.
Together we will work to find freedom from addiction, recovery from burnout, and healing from trauma to help you recover your passion and move forward in confidence. We will work on processing your past, constructing (and keeping!) healthy boundaries, and learning to prioritize in a way that reflects your values and the purpose to which you are called.
