About me

I am a trauma informed family therapist working with clients from the womb to the tomb. I work with individuals, couples and families. I have worked extensively with ADHD, PDA, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar, School issues, and existential concerns throughout the life cycle.

All persons are unique and valuable deserving of respect and dignity. I have worked with all age groups in many settings (including Jewish Community Centers, Wraparound, prison, outpatient therapy) with individuals, families and with groups. My Masters degree is in Social Work and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both PA and NJ. I am EMDR trained (a therapy which has proven to be very successful with single incident trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). EMDR is currently being used for a variety of concerns including Anxiety, Depression and pain ailments such as Fibromyalgia and Migraine Headaches.
While I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and unmet developmental needs therapy I am always exploring additional therapies. Each person I work with has their own unique set of needs and therapy that is unique to each person.
I am now treating Headaches and Migraines with Integrated EMDR. Most headaches can be described on a scale of zero to ten with ten being the most painful. Treatment can alleviate a level eight within 60 to 90 minutes.
