I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years experience of working with couples, adults and adolescents working through anxiety, depression, substance use issues, ADHD symptoms, and communication issues.

We all have strengths and weaknesses, and focusing on our strengths can be a powerful start to making changes. I use a person-centered, strength-based approach to support clients with their goals and the treatment they have outlined for themselves. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, my use of evidence-based practices when working with individuals to help support them with their mental health symptoms. I have worked successfully over the years with individuals of all ages improving mental health symptoms and individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
I have a long history of working successfully with Couples, Men, Women and Young Adults managing mental health symptoms, communication issues, parenting skills, and substance use problems. I have also worked extensively with teenage boys and their families to help address problematic behaviors, mental health symptoms and substances use.
I am a knowledgeable clinician that has had a lot of experience with a wide variety of mental health symptoms and problematic behaviors. I know how difficult this process can be and I will work with you to support you through your discovery and how best to manage your process.
