About me
Stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, or relationship challenges keeping you from living the life you want? My goal is to help you understand the root of your struggles, develop healthier coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful change.
My path to counseling began after spending over a decade as a chiropractor. I noticed that many patients with chronic pain had also experienced significant trauma, anxiety, or emotional distress. Seeing the powerful connection between the mind and body inspired me to pursue my true passion—mental health counseling.
I work with adults, teens, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I use evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience and reach their goals.
Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
