About me
I help individuals overcome anxiety, trauma, and life stress by developing practical coping skills, improving emotional wellbeing, and creating meaningful change.
Finding the right therapist can make a meaningful difference when you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or difficult life experiences. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges while working toward meaningful personal growth.
I use evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, behavioral therapy, and biofeedback. These approaches help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, develop effective coping skills, and build healthier ways of responding to life’s stressors.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, self esteem concerns, anger management issues, parenting stress, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also support individuals who have experienced emotional abuse, domestic violence, or other difficult interpersonal experiences.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Together we focus on building insight, strengthening resilience, and developing tools that support long term emotional wellness. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, empowered, and capable of navigating life’s challenges.
Seeking therapy is a strong and positive step toward change, and I am committed to helping clients move forward in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and meaningful.
