About me
I am an experienced clinical mental health counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults develop coping skills for the various emotions and situations that can cause distress.
Hello everyone!
My areas of expertise include children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. I specialize grief therapy, trauma-focused therapies, CBT and others, and have specialized training in Neurofeedback, EMDR, A.R.T., DBT, and am a grief informed professional. I has also worked with various individuals and ages who have severe attachment issues. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and am passionate about making sure LGBTQ kids, especially transgender kids, know that they have a place in this world, and they are valued and loved.
Clients have said that I am compassionate, honest, insightful, skilled, approachable, safe, and intuitive. Many times they refer their friends and family to me. My goal has always been to help those I counsel to alleviate emotional suffering, even in the darkest of times.
