About me
Our world has changed so much over the past few years and it continues to be a very stressful time for us all. I would love to chat with you to see if I may be a good fit to help you navigate your own personal journey. I have had many experiences in my life that have led me into the field of mental health and substance use. I believe that there is a biological, psychological, and spiritual part of every human being and, oftentimes, these are out of balance. It is my honor to be able to assist you in finding that balance and to help you build your life worth living. I have been in practice for over 14 years and am licensed in North Carolina & Virginia.
I work with individuals and couples from a holistic perspective. I work with folks experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment issues, just to name a few. I believe that a person is much more than a diagnosis. I am trainined in Dialectical Behavior Therapy through Behavioral Tech, and in EMDR. I offer in-person and tele-therapy sessions.
