About me
Counseling for those who've felt the need to shrink, perform, or hide who they are - Online in Washington.
Therapy with me is relational, validating, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. If you’ve ever felt like you had to choose between being accepted and being authentic, I hope this can be a space where you don’t have to choose.
I have supported many people navigating perfectionism, religious trauma, or exploring their neurodivergent identity. I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming lens and bring warmth, curiosity, and attunement into every session. I blend Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), shame resilience, and self-compassion to support meaningful, lasting growth.
You might be navigating shame, burnout, perfectionism, or feeling out of step with the world around you. Maybe you’re exploring your neurodivergence, healing from religious harm, or learning how to soften self-criticism. My clients are deep thinkers and feelers who are want therapy rooted in authenticity, self-compassion, and the safety to show up exactly as they are. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a trauma-informed, compassion-centered approach.
