About me
I am a local Virginia Beach resident in counseling who works with clients across the lifespan and am committed to providing an inclusive space for all.
I decided to pursue this field and become the person I wanted to see when scrolling through this page. My belief is that you are the expert on your own life, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore your experiences
Together, we can explore your challenges in a safe and supportive space, developing coping strategies that work for you. I incorporate the importance of mind/body connection, helping individuals understand their physiological responses to stress and trauma to find a greater sense of safety and regulation. I also have a special interest in play as therapy, utilizing creative and expressive techniques to help clients of all ages communicate and heal when words aren't enough.
Starting therapy can feel daunting. That's why I strive to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. I'm committed to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care, tailoring my approach to your individual needs. Let's work together to navigate your challenges and build a brighter future.
