About me
I am a licensed psychologist experienced in helping clients achieve greater balance between work and play, learn to adapt to shifting environments, and find moments of joy daily.
Are you feeling anxious, lost, or struggling to find a fulfilling path forward? It can be difficult to navigate stressful times, life transitions, and overwhelming emotions on your own. As a licensed psychologist in Oregon, I enjoy supporting clients as they engage in the challenging work of discovering how to dismantle the barriers between them and the life they want to lead. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) frameworks, informed by individual client needs, positive psychology and humanistic therapy techniques, and clinical judgment, to co-create a treatment plan that achieves your goals in therapy.
I primarily work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, depression, and those who want to optimize their wellbeing. Therapy is typically short-term (8-12 sessions), however, this can vary based on client needs and treatment plans. All therapy sessions are provided through telehealth on a secure platform.
I graduated from Pacific University’s School of Graduate Psychology with a master’s in Counseling Psychology (2006) and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) in 2011, and have been licensed as a psychologist since 2013.
In my free time, I enjoy crafting, traveling, spending time with my partner, our dog, our three cats, and our family and friends. I was born in Oregon and enjoy the varied natural landscapes and cultural events the state has to offer.
Are you ready to take the next step in optimizing your wellbeing and continue your journey toward your ideal life with an experienced psychologist to help you along the way? If so, reach out for your free 30-minute consultation. I’m looking forward to speaking with you soon!
