About me
I am an experienced clinician dedicated to helping children, teens and young adults with trauma, ADHD, depression and anxiety. I am a certified child and adolescent trauma professional with over 6 years experience first as a therapeutic assistant and now as a therapist. I provide a warm space where children, teens, adults, and families can feel supported, understood, and empowered to heal. Using a holistic approach grounded in nervous-system–based care, I integrate DBT, mindfulness, and holistic practices to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and life stressors with greater confidence and resilience.
I believe meaningful healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted for who you are. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where clients can show up authentically while navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and personal growth.
Growing up in a military family gave me a unique perspective on resilience, adaptation, and the emotional impact that change and uncertainty can have on individuals and families. Moving to many different parts of the country taught me the importance of connection, grounding, and finding a sense of belonging wherever life takes you. It also gave me a great appreciation of travel, nature and meeting new people. Those experiences shaped not only who I am personally, but also the way I approach supporting others.
My passion for holistic, trauma-informed care developed through both personal and professional experiences. I saw firsthand how traditional approaches sometimes address only parts of the struggle without fully helping people feel healed or connected within themselves. That understanding led me toward a more holistic approach that honors the entire person and addresses all needs. I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Outside of my work, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, spending time with my dog Sam, and recharging outdoors through hiking and exploring nature. I value the quiet moments that help me ground and reset. I enjoy traveling to new places and finding new waterfalls.
I am passionate about supporting children, teens, adults, and families as they work through challenges and rediscover their strengths. I strive to create an affirming and compassionate environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
