I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of Indiana. I graduated from University of Southern Indiana and have worked in various professional community health settings with people of all walks of life. I am passionate about helping people live empowered lives free from depression and anxiety. I believe it takes courage to ask for help when life gets hard. In our sessions, you set the pace. My goal is to offer a compassionate, strengths-based approach to each therapy session.
I utilize highly effective evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy to support clients in navigating life transitions and other emotional challenges.
