About me
Sometimes life can feel like being caught in rough waves. You know you want calmer waters, but you're not sure how to get there. Therapy is a place to slow down, find your footing, and learn to navigate life’s waves with confidence. I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist. I believe therapy should feel real, practical, supportive, and a little fun when appropriate. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your child, or your family, I support with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional challenges, life transitions, and family stress. Together, we can process, build coping tools, gain insight, and share a few laughs along the way.
I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient mental health, crisis services, healthcare, schools, inpatient psychiatry, correctional settings, and community-based programs.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. If you’re ready to begin healing and growing, I invite you to reach out and see if I’m the right fit for you or your child.
