About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and self-esteem concerns, as well as anger management and life transitions.
My areas of focus include isolation and loneliness, social anxiety, guilt and shame, panic disorder, mood disorders, and women's issues—including pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum experiences. I also have experience supporting clients dealing with chronic pain and illness, sexual assault and abuse, self-harm, blended family dynamics, and narcissistic relationships.
I bring a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy, grounded in empathy and cultural responsiveness. I'm committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you feel heard and respected. I believe in meeting clients where they are and collaborating with you to build meaningful, sustainable change.
I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to serve a diverse range of clients and communities. I'm honored to support you on your healing journey and look forward to working together.
