I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with 12 years of experience supporting clients through life's most challenging moments. I specialize in working with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ+ related issues. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma-focused interventions, while also incorporating body-based and mindfulness techniques to support healing on multiple levels.
