Let's face it, life can be downright brutal sometimes with it's nasty curveballs and surprise endings. When you have a moment to come up for air after feeling drowned by never ending deadlines at work, stressing over relationships, or trying to live up to society's expectations, you can look around and not recognize yourself or the life that has fallen into place for you. I applaud you identifying that you deserve more out of life, and being the best version of yourself and realizing that there is help out there. Seeking help can me scary, confusing, and intimidating; but it can also be the beginning of a new, exciting path in life. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio.
