About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing compassionate and evidence-based care to adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I also specialize in working with individuals affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to empowering clients to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
I am a spiritually led Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping others heal, grow, and create more meaningful lives. My approach is holistic and person-centered, integrating the mind, body, and spirit to support each client’s unique journey toward wellness.
I specialize in helping individuals overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, as well as navigate grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have worked extensively with both adults and adolescents in individual and group settings, including in substance abuse treatment and school-based mental health.
I am trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful, evidence-based method for processing trauma and distressing emotions. As a Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Level II Practitioner, I combine clinical expertise with holistic techniques to promote deep healing and self-discovery.
My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to reconnect with your inner peace, purpose, and strength.
