About me

You may have spent years holding everything together, showing up for others, and navigating life’s challenges, yet still find yourself struggling with patterns, emotions, or experiences that feel difficult to change. Perhaps you’re healing from trauma, exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself.

I specialize in complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is relational, culturally responsive, and informed by somatic and nervous system-based therapies. Together, we explore how past experiences shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self, creating opportunities for meaningful change.

I offer a collaborative, compassionate, and affirming space where you can move beyond simply managing symptoms toward greater self-understanding, connection, and a life that feels authentically yours.

I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist who believes that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and the experience of being genuinely seen and understood.

My work is deeply influenced by attachment theory, somatic approaches, and an understanding of how our nervous systems adapt to the environments and relationships we’ve experienced. I recognize that many of the patterns we struggle with today were once ways of navigating difficult circumstances. Rather than approaching those patterns with judgment, I invite exploration, compassion, and the possibility of something different.

I am particularly passionate about working with individuals whose experiences and identities have not always been fully understood or affirmed in traditional therapeutic spaces. My practice centers culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming care, with attention to the ways culture, identity, family systems, and broader social environments shape our experiences.

I bring warmth, authenticity, and thoughtful curiosity into the therapeutic relationship. I don’t believe therapy should feel like someone analyzing you from across the room. Instead, I see it as a collaborative relationship where we can explore difficult experiences, recognize your strengths, challenge patterns that no longer serve you, and make room for growth.

Above all, I believe you deserve a space where you can show up as your full self, without pressure to have everything figured out.
