About me
I'm a licensed therapist in New York with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, bringing a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
My areas of expertise include addiction recovery, family dynamics, trauma and abuse, parenting concerns, and self-esteem work. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, panic, relationship conflicts, grief from divorce and separation, and attachment patterns. I also support individuals who are struggling with executive functioning and task initiation.
I'm particularly skilled at addressing control issues, codependency, impulsivity, and obsessive-compulsive patterns. I work with individuals navigating blended family challenges, infidelity, and family-of-origin wounds. I also support neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and Asperger's syndrome.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and centers on helping you build authentic self-love, improve communication, and discover your life's purpose. I create a welcoming, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and those seeking a secular therapeutic experience.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My role is to meet you with genuine care and curiosity, helping you heal and move toward the life you deserve.
