About me
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed by stress, or uncertain about what comes next? With over a decade of experience as a psychologist, I help adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and everyday challenges through an active, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy.
Whether you're making a big decision, adjusting to a new role, questioning a relationship, or realizing the way you've been operating no longer works, figuring out what comes next isn't always easy. You may be used to handling things on your own, but stress, anxiety, or overthinking have started taking up more space than you'd like. Sometimes things can be objectively fine and still not feel right.
My approach to therapy is active and engaged. I ask questions, point out patterns, and challenge you when it's useful rather than simply sitting back and listening. We'll look at what's happening, what's keeping you stuck, and what's already working in your life. From there, we'll build on your strengths and identify practical changes that fit your circumstances and goals.
I believe therapy should be about more than understanding why you think, feel, or behave a certain way. That understanding is valuable, but so is knowing what to do with it. Our work will focus on turning those insights into meaningful changes in your everyday life.
You don't need to be in crisis or have everything figured out to benefit from therapy. Whether you're dealing with ongoing anxiety, navigating a period of change, or tired of circling the same problem, we'll work together to make sense of what's going on and determine where to begin.
If you're looking for someone who will listen, ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and actively engage with you, let's talk.
