About me
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and significant life transitions. I offer a compassionate, personalized approach that combines evidence-based treatments with a deeper understanding of your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
You may be someone who others see as capable, successful, and dependable. From the outside, it may look like you have everything together. Yet underneath, you may be struggling with anxiety, self-criticism, emotional exhaustion, difficult past experiences, or simply the feeling that you’re carrying more than you can manage. When you’re accustomed to handling things on your own, reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to provide a space where you don’t have to do it all alone.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical tools and new perspectives that can support meaningful change in your everyday life.
My approach is tailored to each individual. I utilize evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), along with mindfulness and depth-oriented approaches when appropriate. As a Beck Institute Certified CBT Clinician, I value therapy that is grounded in research while also recognizing that healing is deeply personal and involves more than learning techniques.
I believe therapy can be an opportunity to develop greater self-understanding, strengthen self-compassion, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with the life you want to live. Whether you’re looking for relief from distress, hoping to understand yourself more deeply, or navigating a period of change, I’m here to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
