About me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and life transitions through evidence-based therapy and a compassionate, personalized approach.
People often assume you’re doing well because you’re successful, dependable, and always seem to have it together. What others may not see is the anxiety, self-criticism, emotional exhaustion, or difficult experiences you may be carrying beneath the surface. When you’re used to managing everything on your own, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain perspective, and create meaningful change.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel understood and supported as we work toward your goals.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized to the individual. My approach combines insight-oriented work with practical tools to help you better understand patterns, develop new perspectives, and create changes that improve your daily life. I utilize evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), as well as mindfulness and depth psychology as needed. Together, we’ll identify the approaches that best fit your unique needs, goals, and strengths.
As a Beck Institute Certified CBT Clinician, I value treatments that are grounded in research while recognizing that meaningful therapy is about more than techniques. Healing often involves understanding your experiences, developing greater self-compassion, and creating a stronger connection with yourself.
I strive to provide a warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe exploring difficult emotions, gaining new perspectives, and creating meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking relief from distress, greater self-understanding, or a renewed sense of purpose, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
