About me
I'm a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. My approach is grounded in understanding the unique circumstances that bring each person to therapy.
I recognize that for some people, that means you don't need another lecture about self-care. You need someone who understands what it's like to perform under pressure, compartmentalize, make difficult decisions, and keep moving. I have expertise in working with military members, veterans, first responders, and anyone else living a high-stress lifestyle; and I recognize that many people work best in therapy when compassion is blended with action and progress forward.
Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, anger, relationship problems, burnout, sleep issues, or simply feeling disconnected, you don't have to be falling apart to benefit from therapy. I'm committed to meeting clients where they are, without judgment, and helping them build resilience, clarity, and meaningful connection.
I have years of experience working with children and families, trauma survivors, and active-duty military/veteran populations.
