About me
Hi I am a Psychotherapist who is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all my clients (children to adults) where healing and personal growth can flourish.
As a therapist, I strive to meet each client where they are with genuine empathy, curiosity, and respect for their unique story. My approach is integrative, collaborative and tailored, drawing from mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and person-centered, and play therapy methods, to support emotional healing and personal growth. Whether it’s helping children express themselves through play, guiding teens in managing emotions and anxiety, or supporting adults in navigating stress, relationships and life changes, I work to create meaningful change that lasts beyond the therapy room. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create a life that feels more grounded and authentic.
In our work together, I offer a supportive space to explore life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion. Using mindfulness, play, and evidence-based approaches, I help clients strengthen self-awareness, manage emotions, and build a more peaceful, connected, and balanced life.
I utilize an integrative therapy modality, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to offer personalized treatment tailored to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each client. Whether working with children, adolescents, adults, or couples, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment where healing and personal growth can flourish.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human and Family Development from Arizona State University. During my time there, I collaborated on three research projects in human development and psychology, which helped deepen my understanding of evidence-based practices. I have currently finished up my graduate degree in Clinical Psychology and Counseling at Capella University, where I was able to expand my knowledge in therapeutic interventions and client-centered care.
I'm passionate about fostering growth and resilience in my clients, and committed to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their challenges and reconnect with their inner strengths. I feel honored and grateful to be a part of each client’s journey toward healing.
