About me
Hi there! I am a Spanish bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Masters Degree in Counseling in 2016.
I enjoy treating people with anxiety, depression, codependency, trauma, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, relational conflicts, self-esteem, spiritual growth, parenting issues, communication, and stress management.
My approach to working with clients is a Person-centered approach, offering compassionate care and genuine curiosity while providing gentle challenges that support personal growth and healing.
I feel especially competent providing evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, EFT, and Somatic therapy.
My goal is to make you feel like we are having a genuine conversation, while building a solid foundation of trust and alliance.
I would like for us to come to an agreement on what our goals would be in therapy, and have a mutual understanding of what is expected on both sides.
