About me
Hi, I’m Stacy Huddleston, Therapist / LCSW. I specialize in helping women and older adults navigate depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the challenges of aging. Having firsthand experience with these issues has deepened my empathy and understanding. I know how hard it can be to face loss and change, and I use this insight to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can happen.
After many years of volunteering with various organizations and supporting people through difficult times, I discovered a deep calling to help others heal and grow. These early experiences opened my eyes to the strength found in vulnerability and the importance of being truly seen and heard. That path led me to pursue a Master’s degree in social work and dedicate my career to helping women navigate life’s most complex emotional experiences.
As a clinical social worker, I specialize in supporting women through grief, loss, and major life transitions. Whether you’re facing the end of a relationship, experiencing a significant change in identity, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of it all—I’m here to hold space for your story. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing begins with connection. I’m passionate about empowering women to rediscover their strength, find clarity, and move forward with confidence and self-compassion.
