Welcome to Set Sail Counseling, an open and affirming practice in Hershey (with virtual options for folks throughout Pennsylvania)! We love learning about people and digging deep into who they truly are. Are you feeling "stuck" in your trauma and unable to move forward? Desperate to break free from the hold that anxiety has on you? Exploring changing sexuality or gender expression, especially later in life? Our practice has two LPCs: Stacy Dove and Stachia Miller. Stacy is our primary clinician and co-owner of Set Sail Counseling. She has been practicing for over 18 years and has extensive experience working with women and the LGBTQ+ community. Stacy typically utilizes CPT, an evidence-based treatment for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and holds additional certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. Stacy has a full caseload at this time, but potential clients can be added to her waitlist. Stachia is a part-time contracted therapist, and she typically utilizes CBT and/or DBT. Stachia is a gender-affirming therapist operating from a trauma-informed lens. Stachia has immediate virtual openings!
