I am a licensed and experienced therapist with 30+ years of working with children, teens, young adults and parents in school, community and clinical settings. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief and life transitions, as well as EMDR trained and experienced with CBT, DBT and Christian based counseling. I own, manage and supervise services provided in our practice to ensure each client receives specialized support tailored to meet their needs. In addition, I am dedicated to providing evidenced based support, educational and community resources.
