About me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps deep-feeling, neurospicy, and queer humans unlearn the crap they were taught to survive and start building lives that actually fit. This is therapy without the mask, the shame, or the performative healing.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA, and highly sensitive people navigating anxiety, identity, trauma, and emotional burnout. Many of my clients are deep feelers and thinkers who have spent years masking or shrinking themselves just to get by. If you’ve been told you’re too much or not enough, you’re in the right place.
My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and rooted in respect for your lived experience. This is a space where you do not have to explain the basics of who you are. You get to speak freely, take up space, and move at your own pace. I bring curiosity, compassion, and honesty to our work together.
Therapy should not feel like performance. It should feel like coming home to yourself. That is what we build, one session at a time.
