About me
I am a relational therapist who views the therapeutic relationship as a powerful tool in the healing process. I draw from multiple evidence-based practices to individualize treatment so it truly fits your needs and goals. I am intentional about fostering encouragement, safety, and open communication to create a corrective, client-centered experience where you feel supported and understood. I will work with you to identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs while developing coping strategies that remove barriers to your growth. Together, we will create a clear and meaningful roadmap toward healing.
I feel my greatest strengths come from a blend of my clinical knowledge and lived experience, which allows me to offer a thoughtful and multifaceted approach grounded in warmth and empathy. Because safety is essential to meaningful change, I prioritize open communication, equality, and understanding within our therapy space. I work intentionally to honor our shared humanity so that together we can create the most effective and personalized path for your therapeutic needs.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and earned my Master of Science from Thomas Jefferson University in Community and Trauma Counseling. I believe the foundation of a successful therapy experience lies in the strength of the therapeutic relationship. As a trauma-focused therapist, I view mental health through a wellness lens that supports a renewed connection between mind and body. My goal is to create an affirming and compassionate space that values collaboration and structure while encouraging your sense of agency and empowerment. I aim to walk alongside you as you rediscover your internal strengths and move toward your therapeutic goals. I am deeply committed to providing culturally responsive care built on respect, hope, and genuine partnership.
