Stacey Polson is an LPC and LMFT with 28 years of counseling experience working with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents. Stacey uses a person-centered approach where the client is the leader. She works with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, relationship issues, parenting concerns, family conflict, career, disabilities, self-esteem, and confidence.
Stacey enjoys working with clients with a wide range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-harm, grief, relationship issues such as divorce and infidelity, parenting concerns, family conflict, careers and job satisfaction, disability issues, self-esteem and confidence, trauma, and abuse.
Stacey's counseling style is fun and personable. Stacey uses a person centered approach in which the client is the leader and she is the supporter. She is here to break down problems, help set goals, and find manageable ways to meet them. Sometimes the hardest step towards change is the first one and she is here to help you take that risk.
