Whether you are wanting to heal, gain insight, or increase individual growth, Discovery Counseling LLC is there to assist you in reaching your goals. Compassionate counseling and/or cooperative coaching is available.
Philosophy: Sometimes life just doesn’t seem to be going your way, you feel overwhelmed, or you are seeking self improvement. Whatever your reason, you are searching for a good match for you because therapy is a very personal endeavor. My goal is to work with you in a collaborative manner in a safe, judgement free environment. You have the strength within you to make positive changes. I view therapy as walking beside you on your journey. Sometimes you may need advise on which step/path to take, and sometimes you just want someone to talk to along the way. My goal is to assist you in accomplishing whatever goal you may have by drawing upon your strengths. I cherish the opportunity to walk along with clients on their journey.
I have over 10+ years experience assisting clients with their personal growth. My experience includes providing therapy for anxiety, bipolar disorders, depression, trauma and complex trauma, chronic pain, transgender, sexual orientation matters and many other issues. I primarily work with teens and adults. I also enjoy working with couples. I earned a Certificate as a Professional Coach and provide life coaching as well.
