I believe everyone deserves to be listened to, heard and respected as individuals. I use humor (as appropriate), compassion and empathy when dealing with individuals. Therapy can be a very scary first step. My goal is to make your experience fulfilling, comfortable and safe. Let me help you.
I have been working with individuals and couples for 26 years. I see ages 14 and up. I enjoy helping couples and teens. My interests include communication skills, anger management, self-harm, relationship issues, parenting, depression, bi-polar and adjustment disorders. I also am an LGBTQ+ ally and military friendly.
Current office hours: Monday through Thursday 11am-9pm and Friday 11am-7pm.
