About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with over 20 years of professional experience in the mental health and addiction fields. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, stress, addiction, family conflict, trauma, and abuse.
I believe that counseling should provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is compassionate and individualized because I recognize that every person comes to therapy with their own experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and focused on helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Reaching out for therapy can take courage, especially when you have been carrying difficult experiences for a long time. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Taking that first step is an important part of the process, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you begin your journey toward healing and growth.
