About me
I a warm, creative, and deeply curious clinical intern currently working toward my Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) credential. With a strong foundation in person-centered, expressive therapy, I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to healing that honors each individual’s unique story.
I hold a BA in Women’s Studies from Goucher College, an MA in Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Currently, I am completing a certification in counseling through Pennsylvania Western University. I specializes in Expressive Art Therapy where I invite clients to explore thoughts and emotions through creative outlets such as drawing, writing, painting, and movement--no artistic experience necessary. For me, it’s all about the process, not the product.
I work primarily with adolescents and adults, but am open to supporting individuals across all ages. My journey to becoming a therapist began in high school, when she found herself deeply curious about others' inner experiences and committed to understanding what lies beneath the surface. That curiosity, combined with my love for art, evolved into a powerful calling to help others heal.
“I believe everyone holds the wisdom of their own experiences. My role is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard.”
