About me
Sophie is dedicated to helping those struggling with body image injury, disordered eating and other impacts of diet culture, anti-fat bias, and social constructs related to gender, weight, health and beauty. Sophie has experience working with neurospicy individuals and aims to empower clients to trust and advocate for themselves. Her goal is to foster a safe and affirming environment where people can discover alternative approaches to inhabiting and nurturing their bodies.
Whether you're struggling with self doubt and emotional detachment, or feeling drained by the physical and emotional demands of being a sensitive or neurodivergent human, grappling with the depths of religious trauma, or confronting internalized systems of oppression, I offer a compassionate space for your growth.
Your loneliness, shame, and struggles with connection need not limit your life. Therapy with me can help you explore and understand your experiences, gain tools to help foster relationships, build curiosity about yourself instead of judgement and ease you toward a place where you are truly receptive and ready for deeper community building with greater peace and resilience. You don't have to stay on the outskirts.
If these challenges resonate with you and you seek a supportive collaborator, I invite you to reach out and take a step toward greater well-being.
