About me
I'm a psychologist based in New York, providing individual, couples, family and group therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma-informed and psychodynamic therapy to help people heal from trauma, grief, shame, and relationship challenges, and to explore questions around identity and belonging. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and particularly attuned to the needs of creatives and young adults who are seeking deeper connection to themselves and others.
My approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for growth and change. I practice from a trauma-informed and intersectional lens, recognizing that our struggles often emerge as a result of personal history in combination with broader social and cultural forces.
I view therapy as a collaborative and transformative process—one that helps you make sense of your experiences, cultivate self-understanding, and move toward greater fulfillment and freedom. If you're looking for a trauma-informed therapist in New York, I'd love to connect.
